Castle Park Community Build

Tucked into the Willow Creek Estates South neighborhood, just south of Oak Chan Elementary School, Castle Park has been sparking imagination and adventure since 1996. Designed by Robert Leathers and brought to life by community hands nearly 30 years ago, Castle Park is truly a place built by the community, for the community. After decades of climbing, pretending, and playful fun, the original wooden play structures are ready for retirement. The City is excited to replace the play structures while honoring the original footprint and magical spirit that generations have loved. A brand-new chapter for Castle Park is about to begin and just like before, the community will help make the magic happen.

Build dates are April 7 - 12, 2026. Build is rain or shine! (Reminder that this is spring break for FCUSD. Please plan accordingly if needed.)

VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 10 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (Ages 10 - 13 allowed but must work with parents or guardians)

Teams of 20 or more will receive a special t-shirt in a color designating your team!
