Sewa North Jersey needs to send a video to the NYC team to represent our Chapter. The video should reflect on that value and share how it has been demonstrated through their LEAD journey and service experiences. Sewa Team will select one video that will be showcased at the National Youth Convention.

Video Guidelines
Duration: Maximum 20 seconds.
1. Speak about the following value/virtue. Resilience - "Resilience means dusting yourself off and keeping going when things get messy."
2. ⁠Share how LEAD and your service projects helped you understand or practice that value.
3. ⁠Speak authentically from your personal experience.

Eg: Script - “This is Indumathi Veguru from the RTP chapter”  "Kindness is at the heart of Sewa. Through LEAD, I've learned that even a small act of kindness can make a big difference. Whether we're serving our community, helping someone in need, or simply showing compassion, every act creates a ripple of positive change. Kindness is how we lead, serve, and inspire others."

Recording Guidelines
1. Record in landscape (horizontal) mode.
2. ⁠Wear the Sewa Yellow T-shirt, if available and record in a well-lit area.
3. ⁠Use a tripod or keep your phone steady and choose a clean, uncluttered background.

Video Quality
1. Record in 1080p or 4K and position yourself in the center of the frame with some space above your head.
2. ⁠Avoid standing in front of bright windows or other backlighting.
3. ⁠Look into the Camera while speaking

Audio
1. Speak clearly and confidently and record with no background noise.

Recording Tips
1. Write your script and practice it a few times, keep it concise and engaging.
2. ⁠Avoid excessive camera movement, zooming, filters, or special effects.
3. ⁠Save your video as MP4 or MOV and save it as Student Name – North Jersey.mp4
