1.  get garbage bags and rubber gloves. 
2 ⁠Meet at Dunkin Donuts (Silver Spring and Pilgrim) parking lot. Start on Pilgrim Rd from the intersection to the Mill Road Intersection at 9AM
3.collect all non bio degradable items in garbage bags.
4. ⁠place full garbage bags on the side of the street
5⁠.Once activity is done, call city to pick up the stuff
6.Grab lunch and leave.
